Q: Why are your prices lower than retail furniture stores?
A:The short story?  Because we can!

Our furniture brokers bring you near wholesale prices by eliminating unnecessary costs that retail stores must compensate for by charging higher prices.  Retailers pay $7 - $50 per square foot a month depending on their location.  That translates into 270% - 1000% markups.  Our warehouse locations cost $.35 - $.70 per square foot a month and since they are only open to the public by appointment, utilities are low too.  With expenses at a fraction of retailers', our brokers deliver better value.  The price you pay is for the actual items, not extravagant displays and expenses.

Q:What is the construction of the furniture?
A:Our pieces are made of both hardwood solids and fine hardwood veneers. Fine veneers are a hardwood which is thinly sliced and then glued to composite or wood. The fine veneers are used most likely on the sides of the lower cabinet, possibly on the drawer fronts and on table tops. Because solid wood tends to warp or split due to moist climates, fine veneers are very commonly used by the finest manufacturers. These fine veneers are also used because of their unique beauty.

Q:Do you carry other items that aren't listed on the website?
A:Yes, what are you looking for?  We add new products to the website on a daily . . ., ok, weekly basis.  New suppliers are contacting us constantly so look for other lines and brands coming soon.  If you are looking for something particular, let us know, maybe we can get you a great deal on it.

Q:Is there any way I can view an item in person?
A:Possibly.  If it is listed in a specific warehouse it is probably in stock at that warehouse.  Otherwise, no it would need to be ordered.  (Remember, this whole online concept is part of the low price strategy.  Inventory is expensive.) Q:I am in a city without a warehouse, can I still purchase furniture?
A:Of course you can! Our products can be delivered anywhere in the U.S. We are also adding warehouse all the time. E-mail Admin@GoWFB.com to be notified when a warehouse is added near you.

Q:How do I place an order and pay?

Q:Can I order individual pieces from sets?
A:YES!  E-mail   Sales@GoWFB.com with the item number of the set and a short detail of the product(s) you are interested in and we will get you a quote.

Q: Are there any discounts available?

Q:What methods of payment do you accept?
A:Checks, money orders, e-check, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.

Q:Is there tax?
A:When ordering online you legally avoid state sales tax. If you order directly from the outlet, then they are legally obligated to charge you tax.
